Is anyone else experiencing issues downloading games and updates via GOG Galaxy?

I just purchased a game and cannot even install it, because GOG Galaxy will not download it (Star Trek Eilte Force 1). A notification is shown "Server problem", then the attempt to download is aborted. Also an update attempt for another game (Grim Dawn), which I already have installed fails.

The only downloads I can get from the website start up Galaxy automatically. No help at all.

Did it solve yet?

I tried downloading, still having the same issue.

Try uninstalling the galaxy client. You don't need that to acces your games.
Just use the normal game installers in your account.

I have the same issue with Cyberpunk : "server problem", i cant dowload the game.

Having the same problem since a fresh install of my computer yesterday. Offline backup installer for Cyberpunk also stuck at "Getting file list"

That sounds like an error message from GOG Galaxy. The suggestion above was to use a web browser to download the offline installer from your library.
Bear in mind Cyberpunk 2077 has some goodies that require GOG Galaxy to unlock. Games installed via offline installer can be added to GOG Galaxy. Click the cogwheel in the top left, then choose Add Games & Friends, then Scan Folders for GOG Games. Though it's possible other features are also broken for you in GOG Galaxy. Only way to find out is to try.

Same here. Fresh install, impossible to download any game. When i press Install, there is a loading wheel, and then "Server problem"

Maybe try reading and trying out some of the suggestions mentioned here in this topic by other members. Just quoting the OP and agreeing with them that you also have the same problem, won't help solve your problem...

Sure, you can download it through gog.com. On the other hand, if one has to download 12-15 4gb files, one by one, rather than clicking one button and letting the magic happens, he is better off going to Steam… This is not user friendly and need to be resolved.

What suggestion ? Download it manually. This is not a solution to my GOG Galaxy problem. More a way to bypass the issue.
