blotunga: If it's an endemic issue I think GOG will automatically reverse the charges at some point. That doesn't changes the fact that we can't buy games =))
That would be fine.
Sure be nice if someone could give those assurances with a shorter time frame than 2 weeks though.
Am I being unreasonable here? this isnt like a massive corporation but its a pretty big company with a sizeable user base?
Things like this with such a support system seriously impact people to further continue purchasing games here.
What if it will happen again? Then wait weeks or even months for support? Yeah...

Had the same problem with 404 messages and not receiving the codes. I checked my Paypal account to confirm that I had been charged for the games (which I have) and am now waiting on support to sort it out.

You need to change your chat settings to everyone. Go to Orders & Settings, then click Privacy and change allow chat messages to everyone.

Still nothing by the way paypal and bank still have been charged twice and I still don't have the games I bought .Twice. props to the guy who paid 5 times that's a level of stubborn I can only aspire too. Checked my orders history as some one suggested, but nothing is there.

I got the same situation, only I bought 1 game and single time.
Nothing in orders settings, but I have the 'PayPal' receipt that the money went through.

Paypal take up to 48hs to refound the payment, walket refound are quicker, usually just take an hour.
