GioVio123: This giveaway is rather dynamic if I say so myself
Aveweto: im very interested in feedback so would you mind going into detail a little bit more for me, if you want you can do it via chat message
and a question to everyone:
What would think of game or genre themed batches? I think that it would be better for everyone to make the suggestions here, as it is we can also bump the thread as a whole, sorry if I don't view it as effective via chat message, even though if GOG Galaxy was more "deep" into the mechanics of having friends and such there should be a way to form group in orde to have the knowhow in the way of managing such things, then again, there might be threads of such nature in the forums themselves.
I would welcome it with open arms, it would also spark the interests of those who wish a type of game via the forums community and promote the interaction of it, I quite like the idea.
Now that a tangent and a answer has been given, I guess it's only fair to make the suggestion now, there should be a links presented to which those that can't enter if they have already gotten the game based on time, as it is, the batch is based on weeks or so? There should be a way to keep from giving into the same person repeatedly even if we can respectfully ask for a game, unless you want to keep it that way and have the same person deciding to come up in the batches on a row, but maybe I haven't read the first post at all and the way it may or not be edited, in the end, is also up to you OP.
A way to display it much more onto the participation and also enlarge the number of bumps per thread is using maybe a puzzle? let's say you have in the batches games that are of higher value than other titles, and if there ever comes to fruition the genre themed batches, you could make those of worth to be won through something else than just asking, but add a bonus as using a riddle in itself based on the forums or niche mean so to ensure more interaction adding also a bonus to getting the game instead of being let by chance, people could do both thing by asking for it and then trying to resolve it.
Anyways, I wish good luck for the other participants!
