Airpocalypse now

Coming soon to a city near you.

Hide your kids, hide your wife, and grab your masks because it's slowly blowing in the wind.

.............................................................................................................. ..................
Update: My life has become a Fallout game.

After last month's Beijing Airpocalypse (Part II) which hit record levels of pollution that would make Chairman Mao proud, I barely made it alive with 27 hp left until the rejuvenating wind of salvation came and blew it all away to a nearby unsuspecting country.

Today, Beijing issues the first ever pollution red alert, so I decided to build up my defense stats and crafted a ghetto-ass makeshift air purifier out of a regular fan, a HEPA filter and a rope. I also just finished sealing every window and door with duct tape and stockpiled 35 pollution masks. BRING IT ON! :D

Didn't know Poland has it's version of Silent Hill.
Yeah, who needs air to breath when running some polluting industry is far more important...
Ok, ok I stop pestering you with politics.
Where I live? HA! NEVER!
Because it fits and is funny:
The new cat (as in catalytic converter; not the animal):

I have a solution to all this, build more cars. Oh wait...

Dang, when did that start? I was there a few years ago and didn't notice any pollution. I'll remember to bring some masks next time.
Still, your highest PM2.5 levels are really nothing compared to what you get every day in China.

What time of year were you here? It only gets bad in late autumn and through the winter. The air isn't exactly crystal clear the rest of the year, but it's probably normal for a city this size. In the bad weather of the autumn/winter period cars are used more, and many houses that still use antiquated heatng systems (usually fueled by bad quality coal to make matters worse, because people gladly poison themselves and others if it means buying something cheaper) only add to the situation, and the result is this clusterfuck.

Luckily there are already engineers working at that problem: link

thats really bad there.... but dont forget this one: mexico city

mexicocityvibes.com/air-pollution-in-mexico-city/

and the ozon layer was messedup pretty bad in Australia, unless it magically restored this year, i saw some programs on television years ago where they predicted that people be walking outside with special suits to protect themslves from the danegrous radiation, so i guess human mankind will obliterate themselves.

The melting of substantial amounts of ice is seen as a 'benfit' by some mad rich people who talk about how much faster they can move the ships if they can sail straight ahead instead of making lots of detours, all that counts is money, they do forget that money is not funny anymore if they will be the last 100 people with all that cash.
Cause whats the fun of being filthy rich if you cant show it off to anyone when all human life is gone?
Thats the biggest point they seem to overlook, all they care about is profit.

google for : gas under north pole
and scroll down and you see this among the results

Aug 11, 2015 - Thanks to global warming, Russia has claimed a new ocean in the Arctic. ...
So basically all the oncoming 'disasters' are only seen a benicficial to get loads of money.
People are to busy with all kinds of dumb things to see whats really going on.
So what would it be like to be a gazillionair on a 'dead' earth? much like a Fallout game

today:

Huge fire breaks out in Chemelot chemical factory in Geleen Netherlands

we are a small country, but we are willing to learn and thats why we can do our fair share of polluting aswell :D

in the past we had : Borssele
yes we dutch can do some damage aswell

personally i blame it on:

not enough good personel (they keep on firing staff instead of hiring)
they dont take things serious
everything has to go faster and faster, this way they loose some extra control because all things have to be done i a hurry.
all things must be done as fast and as cheap as possible.
So basically the big reason of all problems is the human factor, humans make mistakes, lots of mistakes, computers dont make mistakes, if they do its bcause we made them so in the end its all our own doing.
Well thats sums it all up: the greatest danger to mother earth are the people living on it.

I blame it all on Charlie Sheen.
