I recently added a some bucks there, but I changed my mind.
I won't bother you guys with unimportant details.
It's possible to remove the $ from my gog Wallet?
No, I obviously didn't purchase anything with my Wallet.

I've sent a message already, but it's taking forever for staff to answer me.

Tommorow is national holiday in Poland, u have to be patient as your ticket might not be processed today or tomorrow.

Depending on standard hours for a GOG business day, they'll only have had the ticket for ~5 hours. Depending on what is before you in the queue, they might not have reached your ticket today.

GOG Wallet


6.4 [...] The GOG Wallet is made available subject to rules which are set out on our GOG Wallet page . </div> From that [url=https://www.gog.com/support/website_help/wallet]Wallet-FAQ page [emphasis added]:

4. What are the rules of using GOG Wallet?

[...]

(iv) The GOG Wallet and its funds do not constitute electronic money of any kind and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies to your GOG Wallet and any funds at all times, [...]
Based on the above, your request is likely to be declined, but who knows, perhaps not.

It's not like you never regretted doing something before, and there is a way to cancel purchases of games here, I don't see why this is not possible.
If you don't use it, you can get refund, when it's games.
I didn't use the gog wallet.

You know it's not that simple to just return the funds, right? Depending on your transaction method, you or gog might have to pay a sizeable fee to reverse the charge. GOG can't just give you the money back, the charge has to be reversed from the original source. All they could do is give you more wallet funds. Those reverse charge fees is one of the reasons the wallet system was introduced anyway.
