No, I obviously didn't purchase anything with my Wallet.

I strongly doubt it, but support will have the final answer. Depending on standard hours for a GOG business day, they'll only have had the ticket for ~5 hours. Depending on what is before you in the queue, they might not have reached your ticket today.

You know it's not that simple to just return the funds, right? Depending on your transaction method, you or gog might have to pay a sizeable fee to reverse the charge. GOG can't just give you the money back, the charge has to be reversed from the original source. All they could do is give you more wallet funds. Those reverse charge fees is one of the reasons the wallet system was introduced anyway.
