Higher levels unlock more showcases you can use to customize your profle

Higher levels raise the max limit on your friends list

Every 10 levels raises your chances of getting a booster pack by 20%
(Booster packs are packs of 3 free cards that turn up in your inventory every now and again)

The fact someone would waste such a tremendous amount of money on completely useless crap can only be classified sadly as a mental illness.

If the story is true, hopefully Valve will help this person out one way or another, either by fixing their software - or even better, by helping the person seek aide from the appropriate medical profession.

Well, its not the first time when Valve wasnt ready for a high number.

Example : Valve dont have an icon for profile level 1000 + and Palm Desert ( http://steamcommunity.com/id/palmdesert ) is already at 1111.

How free are they? Do they just Show Up from time to time, or do they only appear from crafting?
