GrzechuGrek: Well... I think that Klei will have to release Hamlet(and updates at all) for GOG anyway, soon or later. Otherwise GOG may to remove Don't Starve series out his offers. Like as Armello.

F4rtB0mb: Hopefully they do! That way Klei can't scam other users like they did to us.
We'll see.
However for now let's wait yet a bit for Klei's move.
If does I remember well, the Shipwrecked did appeared on GOG a 3-4 month later from official release.
I would rather obtain Hamlet here, than if GOG to remove may all Don't Starve series.

The major difference here is that shipwrecked was advertised as coming to GOG while hamlet is not.
Guys (gals) they aren't even giving any love to GoG: https://gyazo.com/e8a785083d0c10742f5c7cd08cb66586

This is bulls*** on their part.

My respect for them is dead at this point...
Good to know that they don't care GOG at all! Simply I won't buy anything from them. It is the only thing I can do.

Well, I'm lost all my patience too. I wonder if GOG will get rid DS off their store.

Nobody didn't force Klei do put their games on GOG, I guess.
But since Klei decided release Don't Starve:Alone Pack on GOG, then should be their duty keeps DS:Alone Pack complete(all dlc) and fully updated!
Klei should be consistent and fair to ALL customers, not just to DRM-like platforms(like Steam).
I and some other users posted fev messages on Klei's forum and PM, but we have been totally ignored.

GOG users it's customers too, that pay for games.
So if Klei does still ignore GOGs customers and don't going to care this, then I doesn't see any sense to keep incomplete game/series on GOG store anymore. Well, too bad... I did wanted to buy DS:Hamlet dlc and make DS:Alone Pack complete. But I don't want to be treated like worse-class customer even more.

I think that GOG should send a firm warning to Klei and if nothing be changed, DS should just share Armello fate.

And you'd all better get rid off all hope, about make DS:Together and ONI series available on GOG ever: I think that this is never going to happen!

It's possible that the downloadable content could be extracted from the Steam version and made to work with the Good Old Games version. Granted, this wouldn't get you an up to date copy of the base game but it would be something.
I’ve read the most diverse types of apologies from developers about why they’d leave GOG, most complaining that the effort wasn’t worth it, that sales were low or that they needed to focus on other projects, but I’ve never seen that, which for me is the worst of scenarios: contempt through silence!

They didn't even have the honor of asking to take the game from GOG, and even put it on sale!

My God, it's unbelievable! ....
Well, I had to post this:
forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/120814-i-disrespect-klei-for-this-how-he-is-treat-gog-customers/

Although I doubt if it will do anything .... :(

I think that Klei would have to just not only apologize all remain(non-steam) customers, but release on GOG all DS, DS:Togerher and OnI series to regain their respect, I guess. But I doubt it will ever happen ...

For now, Klei don't deserve for any respect nor money...

Klei Entertainment should at least support their "existing" released games on GOG. Don't Starve: Hamlet and Mark Of The Ninja Special Edition/Remastered should be on GOG - no ands, ifs, or buts about it. If Klei Entertainment doesn't want to release their newer games Don't Starve Together, Oxygen Not Included, and Griftlands on GOG, than that's fine with me.

I'm guessing Klei wouldn't be fine with their GOG customers downloading the missing content for free on the internet now would they? If they want their customers to treat them well, they should treat their customers well. It's not a one-way street; it's a two-way street.

I believe GOG should seriously consider removing Don't Starve and Mark Of The Ninja from sell if there has been no indication on their side that Klei will comply. If they don't warrant it, then what game does?

You should post this on Klei forum too(link above) :)

Anyway, JoeW(administrator of Klei's) has write that they are trying make Hamlet for GOG, but they have a problems with that and expects help from GOG, that GOG is trying to help them(???) and that, and etc. etc.

But do we should believe them?? I don't know...

This was kind of a shocker, but the Hamlet DLC is actually out today and available for purchase. Furthermore they also updated the game to more recent version.

It's an improvement but Klei will have to do more to earn my trust back. They treated GOG users like garbage in recent years.
That took forever and a day, but it's finally here!

We got the patch, and can finally buiy Hamlet.
Feel like this should be a Newspost or something. It's a pretty big deal.
Legit shocked Klei finally and after literal years released the Hamlet DLC here.

Guess my response via customer service of not buying their games again until this is resolved got through. I would've taken their offer of a free Steam key for already owning the game on gog, but unfortunately their offer only included the base game and not the DLC I already purchased on gog, so that was a no go. In any case, good to see this resolved.
They....they finally released it on GOG ????? I honestly believed this would never happen ! And we don't even get an apology for being treated like second rate customers for years ? Not even some fanfare like an announcement or something ? I LOVE Klei's games and better late than never, but this silence on their part was...problematic. It would have been fine if they had announced that they are thinking about it or something, but no. Nothing for years, not even a hint. Anyway now it's here DRM free which is always great and i will probably buy it to complete my Don't Starve game, but having said that i am not too keen on future releases from the company. Trust is something that takes time to build after all. If they bring their entire catalog up to date here on GOG and vouch to keep it like that then i might forgive them.
To avoid being too negative this was a good first step towards that goal.
