murlock: Hi !
I've played a little to Beyond Divinity on my Windows 7 64bit but I have somes problems with inventory :
Somes items are set to bad slot.
Am I alone with this problem ?
My savegames :
http://murlock.org/beyonddivinity/savegames.zip My understanding is . . . once the inventory corruption occurs there is no fix. Setting the compatibility in the game shortcut to 98/ME compatibility mode and starting a new game seems to stop the inventory corruption from occurring again . . . in most cases.
I have yet to start BD so this is not a solution I have tried . . . seems to only occur on Vista / Win 7. Make sure you have checked "Run as an administrator" in the game shortcut on the Compatibility tab as well. Start a new game and see if the invetory displays correctly. . . . don't know of a fix for your corrupted saves . . . =(
Edit: If you are running a dual core machine you might try RunFirst for setting the affinity for the game. See
this post for a link and description of how the target path would look (different for BD of course) Still, this would not fix the corrupted saves.
I would start a help ticket with GOG support as well . . .=)
