I could not get this link to work. It produced a page that said, "Session expired". I click on "Start new session", but nothing happened.
LocoCabasa: No, unfortunately no D2D forums. They do have support, but for general sales-type issues, not game-specific. I did contact them, but they referred me to CDV and Ascaron. Of course, Ascaron recently stopped supporting this game (how convenient for them). I also tried the Steam forums, but only found post-installation tech solutions.
Ralackk: Did you do everything in the link?
Oh. I'll give that a try. I originally downloaded the game to a second hard drive, not my C:\ drive.
LocoCabasa: Yes, it downloaded successfully. In case the first time didn't work, or it got corrupted during unzipping, I downloaded the game twice, but with the same result on attempt number 2.
Namur: I had recently the same problem with a game from D2D. In my case the problem was that the file path to the 'setup.exe' was too long, or at least that's what i think it was.
I solved the problem by moving the folder with the files i got from D2D to C:\ and run the setup.exe from there.
Naturally, i can't guarantee that this will work for you.
No joy. Copying it to my C:\ drive produced the same non-result. I also tried burning the game to DVD, and installing from there, but this produced the Command Prompt window with a different error message: "Not enough memory..."
