sakurazizero: Are you seriously? In addition to your top glorious "999xXXxnagibator" PC, this game comes on ps4 amd xone. It is very strange to think that the GTX 1060 and I7 will be in the minimum system requirements.
Considering that Rage 2, a new title, requires at least a 780, which is a little less than 1060 3GB performance, it wouldn't be a surprise at all for Cyberpunk to have a minimum requirement of a 1060 in 2020. I mean, the 10 series cards will already be several years old by then, with the 20 series having already been out for over a year.

Now, the idea that you'd need at least an i7 seems pretty farfetched to me. Pretty sure a decent i5 or Ryzen 5 1600X will do just fine, at least at minimum.

looks like it will be possible to run the game on Win7 after all...

Lol there's no way a 960 or R9 anything is gonna run this game while ALSO paired with only 8GB of RAM. I have an old PC with an R9 380 and 16GB of RAM, and it can barely run TW3 on the lowest settings, and can't really run much of anything besides really basic games. Minimum GPU will probably be 1050, and that's playing on low/medium settings, recommended will be a 1070. I actually might go as far to say 16GB of RAM will be recommended as minimum as well due to the size of the game.

Are you kidding? I played The Witcher on an ancient q6600 CPU, 4GB of DDR2 RAM and 660 graphics card and MEDIUM+ settings (no hair gimmicks and such) in Full HD at around 30fps.

That said, Cyberpunk 2077 graphics are nothing revolutionary, nothing that you can't find in current games. That is to be expected, given that it has to run on current consoles. Compared to The Witcher, they spent more effort on character models and animations and that is all. When The Witcher came out I wondered how they pulled out these vast open scenes with rich flora, curvy geometry and reflective water and what not. Well, there is nothing like that in Cyberpunk 2077. GPUs love to render flat city-scapes and closed spaces. They really have to go lazy on the engine to require more than 1060 to run it with decent frame rate in higher range of graphics settings.

There is some sys. requirements inflation. Seems that now they target 60fps Full HD as a minimum. Won't be surprised if in a couple of years they consider minimum system as one able to run 60fps in 4K. 30fps at 1080 is all I need.

It doesn't tell anything. Because there are also system API calls. A lot of DX9 games won't work in XP but will work in Win7 and wine in linux just because winxp doesn't support them, newer windows versions and wine do.
The 2018 demo reportedly ran on:

CPU: Intel Core i7-8700K running at 3.7GHz
RAM: 32GB G.Skill Ripjaws V running at 3000MHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
SSD: Samsung 960 Pro (512GB)
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix Z370-I Gaming
PSU: Corsair SF600 600W
Also everything depends on scalability. Witcher 3 can run on absolute potato on minimum, and runs fine on entry level gaming laptop either in 720p all max or 1080p medium-low.

And people speculating 32Gb almost as minimal system requirements - you're funny. I've yet to see a game that uses more than 7Gb of RAM. Not counting 1-2 broken games without optimization. Only a few modern console emulators can require 16Gb of RAM for some games. But they work differently from native games - you need some RAM for emulated system memory, you need a LOT of RAM to cache shaders etc, which is never required for a native game.
32Gb will become mandatory when game sizes will reach 500Gb with 250Gb of textures etc. 10 years later at least.

Well, that was official demo presentation - i.e. "THE HYPE". No fuck-up was acceptable. So no wonder this monster rig.
And I'm 100% sure THAT version lacked serious optimization. Just because that was WIP.
U think that will able play with this spec:
Core i7-7700HQ | GTX 1050 Ti 4GB | RAM: 16GB DDR4 ?

You can play it. Just don't expect high settings with the 1050 Ti. Medium-low, maybe medium. But we can't say for sure yet. It's still 10 months.

i also think so. Probably that is the reason to lack sys. requirements on the pre-order.

Thank for answer. Yeah, i dont expect maximum settings, i am aiming for medium with lower particles effects. Its always eat resources when u truly dont focus on them. Medium it will still lokks better than ps4 version i think. I hope that reds learn optimize and players with weaker pc will be able go into this world. Collectors edition ordered and cant wait to april.

Looks like Lenovo Legion - I've got very simillar configuration and I'm afraid ... our "mobile stations" will buuuuurn!
Official specs would push me into pre order..........if my potato will run this : )
