AlexanderK85: Got an email from both Paypal and GOG just a moment ago about full cash refund back to my paypal account. They also removed the game from my library so I'm satisfied.

So for those still waiting after only having contacted GOG, if you have used Paypal use the dispute center as this seems to speed things up.

The positive part is that in the message they are saying that : "We will do this out of our pocket if it's necessary"

If they have spine they will do this.

Well I asked for my refund last week on Friday, still nothing, they've pretty much destroyed any good will now they're even trying to delay refunds.
Not asking for a refund the next patch will be great I've got 72hrs in this already and the things people are saying are odd there are bugs but not game breaking for myself yet and the immersion is not lost.

The jokes the stories and comedic stuff in this from 40+ years of movies and books is amazing some really funny people worked on this reading the shards and files get a laugh a parody of current times with even darker more obvious leanings with corruption etc.

I do not see that future. But I see the present state of things.

Funny thing is that even my local retailers are refunding. At this point it is slowly turning into another star citizen refund project where you need to proof and provide enough motivation for getting your money back.
I take it nobody got their refund yet?
I've just put up my refund request. I hope they don´t fool me.

There was also an option for billing issues, but that didn't seem appropriate once I looked closely.
Yep. I went with 'item not as described'

They then have a set period to reply before it gets escalated to a dispute and Paypal gets involved.

But like I said, they refunded me within the hour once I raised the issue via paypal. I was just completely ignored going through the channels on here.

Don't know how they expected Sony and Microsoft to issue refunds, when they won't even do it on their own storefront with the generous refund policy that they boast about.
