I have made an issue about returning my digital Cyberpunk 2077 copy on GOG (PC) on 19.12.2020. The game was unplayable for me and I felt cheated by the creators, since they said it is working fine before the release. However, to this day not a single person has contacted me regarding that matter. I know that they are overloaded right now, but it has been over 2 weeks and literally nothing has happened. I have made a second ticket and still no word. I am being actively ignored regarding my game return. This is unaccaptable.

Can someone help with this?

Did you receive an automatic email with instructions/questions and reply to it? That is supposed to be the first step.

Yes, the automated one is coming and I always reply that I want cash back on my bank account from which the game was bought. After that nothing, total silence.

I knew they were overwhelmed, but I didn't think it was this bad. No choice but to wait. I bet GOG Customer Support is really angry with CDPR for Cyberpunk 2077 issues. :P
