Calamity: Having the same "Whoa, Cyberpunk flatlined" issue. The only thing I haven't tried that I can think of is swapping the videocard out with one that doesn't do RTX or possibly an AMD card. The error report says "Error reason: Unhandled exception
Expression: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xC0000005)
Message: The thread attempted to write to an inaccessible address at 0x48.

Things I've tried:
1. Disabled Nahamic via msconfig.
2. Verify install via galaxy.
3. Uninstalled and reinstalled.
4. Never used or installed mods.
5. Unplugged Xbox Series and Xbox Adaptive controllers (Its been an issue with another game)
6. Uninstalled and reinstalled Nvidia Game ready drivers.
7. Scan drive its installed on to make sure there were no errors (there is 287 gigs free on that SSD)
8. Made sure all software and drivers are uptodate.
9. Nothing in the system is overclocked/

If you've got a dedicated audio interface, try completely removing the driver and restarting. Might stop the crash.
I've got an external interface and uninstalling the ASIO driver got the game to load.
