There is no such thing as moral ambiguity or non binary. These things dont exist. Binary means one or the other it cannot be neither and it cannot be both. DNA has proven this a thousand times over. Science is not based on feelings its based on facts. I'd like to see them try the same thing with gravity. Would they try to tell us gravity doesnt exist by jumping off a cliff? i doubt it.

I am perfectly allowed to hate something or someone. it is not a crime. I hate sprouts and I hate people who talk in movie theatres. I am also allowed to hate peoples lifestyle choices such as thinking they can magically change sexes and being gay. What I am not allowed to do is commit violence upon these people or burn their houses down. but I am perfectly entitled to call them out for their nonsense. You are perfectly entitled not to listen.

What you DO NOT have the right to do is censor my speech because it does not conform to your standards. You have the right to ignore it and walk away but you cannot censor it. It's my opinion AND ITS ILLEGAL to censor it under the EU CONSTITUTION. The internet is nobody's property Its part of the public domain. This means ANYONE can access it. What CDPR and companies are trying to do is trick people into thinking they are not breaking the law. THEY ARE. You cannot tell someone they cannot have an opinion that differs from yours or they will be censored.

Its like this. Its not illegal to take drugs. Class A, B whatever. its perfectly legal. Its ILLEGAL to posses them. its the same with Article 10. It is not illegal to hate a group of people it is illegal to call for a violent act upon that group.

if someone has always felt like the opposite sex there is nothing I can do about that. However, they try and use public opinion and social media and the law to force me to agree with their way of life. It would be more convincing if you could use a term without immediately stubmling over what it actually means. For starters, science is a method. It is not a guarantee of a true answer to any particular question, but it has a pretty good track record. And it is outcome-neutral. You don't get to argue that the answer is scientific only if you like the answer.

Consequently you don't get to just declare that all them fancy doctors are all plain wrong and gender dysphoria is just a variant of schizophrenia. That's about as aggressively anti-science as you get. You might not understand their reasoning, but that doesn't make their reasoning invalid. It just means that there's something you do not understand and which does not make sense to you, given what you think you know.

As far as moral ambiguity, of course that exists. Anything that does not have an obvious moral value is morally ambiguous. Something that is ambiguous to you might be clear to me and vice versa, because the morality humans operate with is neither universal nor objective.

And arguing that "non-binary" doesn't exist seems a bit weird. Did you mean non-binary genders? By making that claim, you're arguing that gender (as opposed to biological sex) can only be man or woman, ignoring completely the concept of eunuchs that were technically outside the regular man and woman gender binary. Thus irrefutably proving that non-binary gendering is possible.

Regarding hatred, yes, you are absolutely allowed to hate people for random reasons. It makes very little sense but thought policing is not a thing just yet. But you are not allowed to hurt people and hate speech law is based on the idea that you can hurt people through words. You might think this is nonsense, but Gordon Ramsey would disagree, and frankly the law doesn't care what you think anyway.

Lastly, your claims about censorship are just really out there. How do you think the Internet actually works? It works by having computers that host all the stuff you access. Who do you think own those computers? Who do you think own the software that runs the various services? The Internet is not carried by pixies.

Everything you see on the GOG forums is stored in a CDPR server, and it is being accessed via a GOG service, both of which are private. They own the server, they own the forum. They are absolutely at liberty to control what they host. It is in fact their duty to do so, should someone post illegal content, and if they intentionally leave illegal content floating around then they'll get the same treatment that a whole bunch of torrent sites have gotten over the years.

You're right there ... although I *did* run circles around not just one but TWO ambulance chasing law firms my idiot ex-wife tried engaging to force me into a disadvantageous financial position during our divorce.

Net result - I got an outcome I can more than live with after spending $395 ('filing fees' with the Court) and self-representing, while she's stuck with an $11K legal bill and far less than she wanted out of the whole thing hahahaha
