I understand you are just trolling, but you could at least try to be smart about it.
Most of my IT career was supporting banks and insurance companies. I know all about production support. However there is less staff to depend on on weekends.

GeorgesKV: I just find it very interesting how people who got what they were entitled to loves to come here trying to protect A COMPANY that is providing a terrible service and an even worse experience, if you think they are not being "silent" with a single answer back to Thursday that states we would receive it "pretty soon" and then it's 4 days later and they are just closing the tickets and didn't acknowledge they made a clear mistake then I'm sorry for you and those who depends on you for fighting for your rights, maybe you are too used to bad services and accepts everything it's given to you.
I was not trying to defend GOG, but the person you were criticizing because they pointed out your falsehood.

GOG has issues with things like this. It sucks. Still you are speaking as if you were part of some group being persecuted when actually you are being asked to wait a bit for some basically useless bonus items you didn't even pay for in a video game because Larian decided to be nice and give em out as a bonus & for some reason it's not working correctly for everyone so GOG need more time to straighten it out.

So...yeah it sucks. GOG has problems, but in the scheme of things that can go wrong in your life this is really not the thing to blow your stack over.

Please stop telling others what to do. We're just giving a free advice here, and you may or may not make use of it. I don't like the fact that they didn't respond to the matter, but criticising the whole company for not receiving a simple add-on on time is childish and unfair. People make mistakes (we should know that, no matter if we're from Poland or Russian Federation, right?), and you may go get your refund right away (that's a normal thing), but I'm sure they'll solve it shortly. Why? I've been with them since 2011 I think, and the quality of their services has been outstanding.

PS. In regards to your previous comment, I won't be able to play for the whole month at least, so yes, I think I am more affected than people who can already play the game.

Hey everyone. First of all, let me sincerely apologize for this delay. The team is looking into the issue of some users not receiving their Deluxe Edition content and are doing their best to solve it as quickly as possible.

Regarding the support tickets being marked as solved upon creation – we're currently in the middle of testing a new support ticketing system, so the status of Zendesk's tickets may not represent the actual status of your case. You can still reply to the email you've received from help@gog.com if you'd like to provide more information. Keep in mind however, that it doesn't bump your ticket – only the initial filing date is taken into consideration by the system.

I'll let you know once the missing content issue has been solved. Thank you for your patience.
Oh my God. Finally an answer. Why did this take so long? Well, at least someone from GOG will get in touch. I sincerely hope that it will now really be solved, because this is gradually becoming really toxic here

Thank you very much, that is what we've been hoping for the whole weekend, some acknowledgment that this is not just solved by waiting as you stated on thursday.

The DDE is finally in my account too...but now i´m still waiting for the Hotfix #1 update!!!
But good to hear they are working on it and solving the problems.
