alcaray: Most of my IT career was supporting banks and insurance companies. I know all about production support. However there is less staff to depend on on weekends.
Teerhand: did you get the free update though? please stop telling people to relax, if you are not even affected.
Please stop telling others what to do. We're just giving a free advice here, and you may or may not make use of it. I don't like the fact that they didn't respond to the matter, but criticising the whole company for not receiving a simple add-on on time is childish and unfair. People make mistakes (we should know that, no matter if we're from Poland or Russian Federation, right?), and you may go get your refund right away (that's a normal thing), but I'm sure they'll solve it shortly. Why? I've been with them since 2011 I think, and the quality of their services has been outstanding.
PS. In regards to your previous comment, I won't be able to play for the whole month at least, so yes, I think I am more affected than people who can already play the game.
