So I was looking for the same thing because I couldn't see the Deluxe Edition in my Library. But, when I went into the GOG Galaxy app, I looked in the Extra section of the Game to at least see the goodies, and there I found the Deluxe Edition even though it isn't visible in my Library. So I just chose to download and install it. Hope this helps.

Most of us looks in the extra section or in the options of the game. "It isnt there!!!" So many people got the upgrade and so many not.

its understandable tho, 28+ hrs and only thing we get is "it will be fix Very soon" 27hrs ago. with on communication, no ETA, noting that shows they care about us their Customers, no goodwill whatsoever. so I can see people not taking that joke as funny

GeorgesKV: Go to the latest GOG tweet guys, that's why it's taking so long for them to solve this problem, isn't like it's affecting a big portion of their clients...

I don't see myself purchasing through gog anymore, the no-DRM is great, but this support is terrible. Probably by my 2nd play through we will have received the deluxe edition.

Yeah No response yet from GOG Ticket and that was 24 hrs ago. And not to mention DLC upgrade still shows up evne though I bought this game 3 yrs ago.

Has anyone tried installing BG3 from GoG and adding it in Steam Library? Does it have the DLC then (maybe if there was a separate check for purchase date, don't know...)

Gamemaron: For the offline-installer the Digital Deluxe Edition can be found if you scroll down all the way.
You'll find a file named "Digital Deluxe Edition upgrade - Baldur's Gate 3 - Digital Deluxe Edition upgrade (Teil 1 von 2)" with the version "Release - v4.1.1.3622274" there. It's 2,8GB in size
Can be simply downloaded from there then

In the offline-installer you have to scoll down all the way, past all the files. You'll then find something saying DLC-Installation data / DLC-Installationsdateien and directly below that you can download the two parts. One an 1MB file, the other a 2,8GB one

Yeah its not showing up for me at all. GOG site still showing I need to purchase the DLC so it thinks I don't have it. Hence why I haven't gotten my Digital Deluxe stuff yet. This needs to be fixed asap b/c I bought the game 3 yrs ago.

I just tried doing another ticket. Hopefully that gets a response.
