Pre-purchased for GOG's case study. I'd like to see more big games come into the world DRM-free.

Agreed.

Also pre-ordered.

For what it's worth, AoW 3 Delux Ed., while not high up there on the best sellers list (which should be reasonably expected being new and not available), it has surpassed Dark Fall 3: Lost Souls, is six spots shy from Blackguards, five spots from Divinity: Dragon Commander.
10 years ago I started to play to AoW and I loved it since the beggining ! Then AoW:WT and SM. I did not hesitate to pre-order the deluxe on GoG, thanks to bring it here DRM-free.

10 years more hopefully playing one more turn at 2:00 AM :-)
I've been burned enough times on modern sequels of older strategy games to not really feel the need to preorder. These kinds of things tend to be buggy at launch more often than not. Still, if this does end up being the Age of Wonders sequel that everyone wanted, I'll get right on board.
It's just two weeks ago since I bought AOW II to tide me by until AOW III got released. Having not quite gotten to like some of AOW II niggles I have still enjoyed it as a modern copy and paste job of MoM.

Today I jumped down from the fence and pre-ordered it. It still works out cheaper than elsewhere, and at the end of the day GOG got another chance.

Looking forward to the release!
So with the updated regional pricing policy... who can we welcome aboard our dusty AoW sub forum? It's kind of strange. This sub forum always felt like just a hangout for some community members and now we have to share this place with all the new AoW 3 gamers. Luckily our house is big enough (:

But now I won't have my icon on the first 17 threads! What will I do for self validation? And all these new gamers will know AoW3 just as well as I do. Dang it, I need to learn a whole new batch of tricks to keep them in check. ;-)

We should hold a PBEM game. Old farts from the oldie AoW vs the new AoW 3 gamers.
I'm considering a pre-order, but can someone tell me both the differnce between standard and deluxe version (and as important) where I make then the choice, which I want to pre-order? I only see one button I can click on to pre-order, then I'm prompted to check-out...but still no choice, which version I want to buy...

Original SoundTrack. Basically the soundtrack of the game.
