Remove Steam Related Files from GOG Games

Some games on GOG still seem to have files related to Steam that were not removed.
These Include: steam_appid.txt, steam_api.dll and steam_api64.dll.

A few games me or friends bought from GOG kept redirecting us to the Steam Store for said game or wouldn’t run unless we deleted the mentioned files from the game install
