Really, this is just another flavor of "CLOSE THE FORUMS BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE THEM" wish. The problem is not the forums (including the auto-generated comment threads) existing--the problem is that the software is gnarled, arcane crap that doesn't give the small number of moderators that GOG can afford NEARLY enough tools to do their thankless job effectively and efficiently. Instead of voting for this, vote for GOG replacing their forum software (which would essentially mean getting new forums--though hopefully not at the expense of them keeping the old ones archived).
