The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim completed
you can vote for the Legendary Edition via a different wish, if you want to
This wish isn't completed.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition is completed, bot not the Original Version.
The two versions differ significantly and for some there are not only improvements. The lighting mood was changed, the anti-aliasing was degraded and the performance is worse, just to name a few.
Purchased and downloaded, thank you GOG!!
thank you so much for bringing this all-time classic to GOG!
This is wonderful news to see that this game is finally available on GOG! Thanks!
I was expecting the Original 2011 version of the game, i never expected that they brought SE! holy Sh/t! Good job GoG.
Oh, yes! Still, please, it would be good to allow to get the old legendary edition too if you do and not juste the anniversary edition. For mods. I would totally rebuy it... like I already did for this game many times before. The prospect of a DRM-free Skyrim is just too good!
Yes, and please package it with both the original + DLC and Special/Anniversary Edition.
After alle the years this game should be available for gog too :-(
I would buy it too, please bring Skyrim to GoG.
So I can play, not only watch other playing it..
Yes please, together with "normal" version (2011-2013) and polish language.
I already have on steam , but Please I want Skyrim on GOG too ,
Bought and modded beyond recognition on that other store. 10/10 will buy and mod again until the whiny transphobe sheep cry.
Regardless of your sex, man or woman that is, FitGirl is a possibility
Would buy again if you provided it DRM free.
I await Skywind, but will never use Steam again.
Would really love to purchase it here and i don't write often in this kind of threads.
True - I would get it again on Gog, although I already have it on the Ps3, on Steam and on the Switch :)
Tru, ich würd's mir auch nochmal auf Gog holen, obwohl ichs schon auf der Ps3, auf Steam und auf der Switch habe :)
I want Skyrim DRM free also. I'd buy for the 50th time to have it that way.
I agree! I have steam but I'd much rather give my money to GOG. Let's get it done!
C'mon, GoG Team publish this awesome game in GoG store!
Yea please!
+1 ! ...even if I'm not dumb : I don't thing Bethesda will go for a DRM free edition ... and forget about all those "juicy" mods inside their store. but one day, when we get elderscroll 6, I'm sure we will get elderscroll 5 on GOG !! I hope ....
Anniversary edition of the game at the doorstep. If not now, then when?
+1 to The Elder Scrolls 5_Skyrim + all DLCs and of course with portion of fixes (like fixes for Fallout 3)!
C'mon Bethesda, it's about time!
Rumors have that at 11/21 Skyrim will be released on GOG, a DRM_FREE edition.
I don't spend money over at Steam anymore. A release on GOG would be the only way I play this on PC.
I wonder if I say "I got the special edition for free on Steam because I owned the old version but still playing the cracked version because I don't want to install steam", do I get banned here? I have 8 hrs of the old version on steam but 0 hour on the special edition. But in reality, I have played like over 500 hours of the new version.
Its weird that there are almost all the titles of The Elder Scrolls Series... Except Skyrim. It cannot be like that, I think
Please, yes! Love Skyrim & Love GOG
Make it happen!
10th Anniversary is just around the corner. It would be nice to have GOG release after 10 years.
oh, that would be so cool. imho Steam is awful, uncomfortable, incomprehensible piece of garbage. I definitely prefer GOG.
Please The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrimen GOG version ...
Cmon Bethesda, Im willing to pay again for Skyrim in here as I have already did with the 360 version, the ONE version, the Switch version and the one that is included in my sealed TES Anthology :D
Only way I'm playing this game is if it's released on gog. I personally hate steam (hate all DRM, not just steam) and don't want to play it on that platform, mostly because I don't want to install steam on my computer. But if they allow it on gog, I'll pay full price. And only on gog.
I brought oblivion on steam .. then gog.. morrowind on steam.. then gog. fallout 3 on steam. Then gog.. and fallout new vegas on steam.. then gog. I think i've learnt my lesson now about buying games on steam.. I'll just wait till there available on gog. And yeah i'd probably make the same mistake again if gog got skyrim, skyrim se and fallout 4 too. Drm free means i can run it without gog galaxy and that is great as then i don't have to connect my external drive. I have to connect it for steam or it removes all the games installed in the library that are on the external drive.
I still hope they will manage to bring Skyrim to GOG, as I only own the XBox 360 and PS4 Version so far and I would like to enjoy it on PC as well. I would probably even buy it for its original price on GOG, that's how much I LOVED Skyrim on PS4 and XBox 360.
Dear Santa, please let us buy this game from the GOG store. Thank you. Merry Christmas to y'all!
If MS has purchased Bethseda, it may be a bit. My general observation is if there is an opportunity to make money one will not make otherwise, they will let others sell for commission. If enough of us hold on (I will not purchase DRM crippled games, especially ones that "dial home") they will say "well if we license it here we'll get that profit this year". I have faith as long as GOG is in business it will get here. It may take awhile since MS is not known for playing nice with others.
I would literally lie in a bath of my own shit and piss if Bethesda would give my my Skyrim GOG.
@T-Zone1 Arena and Daggerfall are already on GOG - they are added to user library with any game from Elder Scrolls franchise bought on the platform.
Oh, and Daggerfall, which is also categorized as Abandonware.
The Elder Scrolls: Arena - Abandonware (already got it tho)
An Elder Scrolls Legend: Battlespire - on GOG
The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard - on GOG
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind - on GOG
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - on GOG
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - NOT on GOG
With the exception of Arena, which was abandoned decades ago, Skyrim is the only modern Elder Scrolls game not on GOG. That situation needs to change.
With Microsoft's acquisition of ZeniMax and Bethesda, I am hopeful that Microsoft might pull Skyrim and the rest of its properties off of Steam. I have nothing against DRM, as I use it myself with my IP. However, I don't like having to run a 3rd party app like Steam's to play an OFFLINE game. Now, if Steam's DRM wasn't slaved to its crappy app, I would have no problems with it at all.
I second this,m but not the SE version.
I can't help but feel that with Microsoft's acquisition of ZeniMax any hopes of Skyrim making it into GOG pretty much went up in smoke. Initially, I had hoped the games absence was due to Skyrim SE's monetization model and its inherent incompatibility with GOG's DRM free values. To be honest, I would have preferred the original version anyway. I still held on to hope. But not any more. Though it may suck, it is what it is. Let's pray to nine that I am wrong.
With the purchase of Bethesda by Microsoft it will be difficult for Skyrim to be available on GOG ... As an example Age of Empires I and II, without forgetting my favorite Age of Mythology ...
Please put this game on GOG
No Skyrim here> No more money for Bethesda
I wholeheartedly agree that Skyrim (ALL iterations) needs to be free of Steam! I hope Bethesda sees this, but I won't hold my breath on it. Either way, stop letting Steam have a monopoly and don't let them hold games hostage! As others have commented, DRM is obsolete. It doesn't stop less savory characters from raising the "skull & bones" on the game.
