Ryfeii This game is Abandonware so no license. I doubt it will ever come to GOG. But you can get it legally for free as it is abandonware.

dominosfleet I would love to see either a remake or an update to this game, it was fantastic back in the day. Terran Ascendancy is decent but it doesn't quite equal this old RPG gem.
