Ruldra It's possible to get the game working in modern systems via emulation; managed to run it on windows 7 just fine. But I'd love a GOG release that works right out of the box.

Aturuxo Might seem incredible, but this ancient, ugly, shareware game is probably the best space 4X game ever made. Anyone who's played even the demo has fallen in love with Stars! and has sunk countless hours into it... and longs to sink even more. I know it's near impossible, but GoG has achieved quite a few previously-thought-impossible releases, so... PLEASE get this one!

Penniegrim What differ this game to other 4x games these days it that there is no story, no music and I can't remember any tutorial. You set up your species or spend some points to make your own, then you are just thrown in. Micromanagement to the core AND IT'S HEAVEN.
I have an old copy of this game and I absolute loved to play this. It worked with my XP 32bit set but since all systems nowadays uses 64bit it no longer functions.

GunslingerX1983 Just been trying to get an old version of this running on Windows 10 and no luck. Trying to get it going on DOSbox is a hassle and attempting to play it through browser on Classicreload just isn't the same. Please please get this on GOG

Hasslmaster I really long to play this classic again. It incorporates many great mechanics that were sadly never "stolen" by the more recent 4X games, like shooting resource packages through space via mass drivers, which could be also weaponized. Great great game.

Shyeinua One of the best games that I have ever tried. Never been as happy as when I found the full game (until then I had only tried a demo) and now it doesn't work on windows :( please bring it on GoG and let the strategy gaming begin!

Alvar Miles Udell It is available for free online since it is abandonware, but I would gladly pay $5 for a GoG version which was preconfigured to run in DOSBOX perfectly instead of with a few problems in Windows XP Mode.
