Czembro The original Skyrim has one (for me major) advantage over Special Edition, which is ability to not install/disable DLCs, which let you experience main game as it was on launch without DLCs' main quests kicking in early on. Plus, the 2011 version is a part of Skyrim's history and is definitely worth preserving.

hageschwarz i agree. same situation as bob-nz, heavily modded oldrim on Win7 and i want to play it one time again. please add Skyrim Legacy Edition aka oldrim, the original skyrim to your library so we can enjoy it.

ChrisOzzie hate to sound ungrateful, but i've fully modded my Legendary Edition of Skyrim and would rather not work on modding a Special Edition installation of Skyrim too. Pleez Pleez GoG release Skyrim Legendary Edition here!!

Gameboytj I think Legendary Edition should be bundled Free if you buy Special Edition or Anniversary Edition. For Legacy reasons

m115919h The fact that the Special Edition made it to GOG finally, is fantastic! I would love for the Legendary Edition to make its way to GOG at some point as well, if even just for preservation purposes.

cailic27 Well, this item is NOT completed. GOG has the SE version but not the LE version. The LE version has far more mods designed for it that no longer work on the SE version. And the mods make the game.
