Wolfram_von_Thal Starforce breaks this game on every system OS than XP. It would be a great addition to GOG, as it's the most immersive U-boat-simulation I've everplayed.

Chrsn "IL-2: 1946" was a stellar addition to GOG. Now we need to add its seafaring equivalent: a tour of duty with the Grey Wolves. This is a fantastic game and, like IL-2, has a lot of brilliant mods associated with it.

damson Even if you have the original you can't play it on Vista/7/8 because of Starforce which is incompatible with anything newer than XP. Some later releases (in Poland at least) came without the dreadfull Starforce, so you could play without a problem on newer OS's. Unfortunately those versions are not available in stores anymore and very hard to find on auction sites ;( . GOG - you are our last hope...

mifil Can't buy it anywhere. Best IIWW related sub sim ever, especially with GWX3 Mod. Silent Hunter IV is technically better, but Battle of Atlantic is much more on equal terms than Pacific War. The only problem is Win7/8 installation. As for me, for this game alone I'm ready to create two partitions on my PC. This XP one will be dedicated to SH III especially...

Geraldine This game needs to be here as the DRM on the disc version is a right pain. Installing it takes ages on my system :(
