KajQrd I already have this game on CD in the Civil War Collection. And both it and Antietam actually runs fine on my Windows 11 computer. So it is just a question of rights. Running it is not dificult.

Serpent1989 I have played this just one time 10 years ago and despite its graphics it was a real strategical blast. Sid Meier just knows what strategy is all about! So, GOG: Bring me back my confederate boys!
lochagos This really was one of the best tactical games ever made, and of a historical battle at that. You have so many other of Sid Meier's games it is a shame GOG is lacking his masterpiece.

Its still a blast. i cant seem to get it to work on GameRanger

LoneWolfSones I loved this game. The closest thing to it now is Ultimate General American Civil War which is an indie title which is a fine game in it's own right. But Sid Meier's Gettysburg was fantastic.

23-down Yes please add that game. I still have the originals laying around. And I can even get it to run under win10. The only issue though is that the game runs way to fast when scrolling around the map. Making it somewhat unplayable.
In my opinion Sid Meier's Gettysburg is still far superior over games like Ultimate General Gettysburg or Civil war.

I find "Ultimate General Gettysburg" too shallow, "Scourge of War: Gettysburg" too complex - Sid Meier's Gettysburg is the perfect mix of both: Great playability and high complexity, very accessible and an overall very immersive and atmospheric game. I'd buy it immediately.
