Explodium I just tried to play Rome Total War from my original CD's on Windows 10. I can't, it doesn't work (it doesn't launch) and I looked it up online and steam has issues as well. It's at this point that Rome Total War has become a game that really should be here. And not just Rome, Shogun, Medieval 1 and 2 all suffer from the same issues. It would be amazing if you manage to talk CA and Sega into getting this here and I really think it would be a great addition to have the old Total War games here. Hope it's something you're looking at and if not hope you do and Good Luck!

I see at least one (and often, more than one) entry for each of the titles in this series, and it would be nice to consolidate support behind this one envelope. Would love to play it again. It's atmosphere and gameplay is something unique. Please consider adding this to your site.

kryptoknightmare How in the WORLD is this not higher on the Wishlist? I can only assume that everyone still already owns this masterpiece and has it installed and working to this very day (like I do)? Perhaps not. Anyway, this is my number one, all time favorite strategy game. Yeah, Master of Orion and Starcraft and Homeworld and XCOM are all fantastic. But this game is the gold standard (for me). I walked into an Electronics Boutique (remember those?) back in 2004 with the money for a new PC game burning a hole in my pocket and any number of classics to choose from (the latest Sid Meier's Pirates!, Half Life 2, World of Warcraft etc.), but I came out with this (thankfully I got the other games that Christmas). It blew my mind, and still does. I could talk about what makes this game great for hours on end (the setting, the perfect balance of strategy and action, etc), so I'll simply mention one of its achievements: it simply has the finest sound design of any game I've ever played. Every piece of music, sound effect, voice, is perfect and makes you feel like you're living it. An all-time classic. If they make a Rome 2 (which looks likely considering their recent sequels to Medieval and Shogun), I might have to trade in my console, get hardcore and get a gaming PC rig again.
DukeRoma410 This would be a great game to add to gog.com I remember playing for hours. I know it can still be purchased online but I would rather see my money go to a good company like gog.com; a company that shows it does care about its customers.
