wodah It will probably never happen, but I add my wish that GOG adds this game. I have the disc in front of me as I write this, and I have tried & failed to get it to work using various websites. I would purchase it from GOG if they made a working version for Windows 10.

ZeroZiilch Yes please remake this game! Also Ultimate risk was the best, terrain, forts, weather, pow's, commanders, battle tactic cards, and a variety of maps besides the standard world map. To truly make this game great as a remake, you would need to make Ultimate risk with multiplayer, as the original 1996 game only had Ultimate risk as a single player game against a computer and if you chose multi player mode was just the standard risk game with dice. Make ultimate risk with multiplayer please! And DLC map packs!

xRomperx Guys, please! Make this game available, again! Ultimate Risk, alone, was better than most strategy games, today. So simple, yet so fulfilling. I wish they would have continued and gave us more maps and time periods!
snegre Ultimate Risk 1996 was one of my favourite games as a kid, definitely the best ever version of Risk. Sadly, we misplaced the CD many years ago. I think it may have still been inside the disk drive of my parents' old computer when they binned it :( I've been dying to play it again for a very long time. Please add this game to GOG if possible. This is one I would happily pay good money for.

Foley48 Looking for GOG to add this game! I had it years ago on PC and its by far the best risk game out there. I recently came across it again but cannot get it to run on windows 10. Would gladly rebuy the game again just so its playable on newer systems
BAHill15 It's amazing that the first request for gog.com to add this game was submitted just shy of 5.5 years ago yet it has apparently fallen on deaf ears so I'll try again: PLEASE ADD THIS GAME. This is the greatest Risk game ever created, and as 5.5 years of comments show, this is a game that is highly desired and that desire will not be fading anytime soon.

RedPriest The Ultimate Risk mode was brilliant and I marvel that Hasbro has not remade this game. It was THE MOST outside of the box Risk game ever and the replay value was immense. Where normal Risk had you moving troops and rolling dice, ultimate risk battles were decided with tactics cards. If your tactic was better that what the opponent chose, there was a good chance of victory, even if you were hopelessly outnumbered.

Treamayne Great game. Instant buy. I loved this and Risk II (Microprose - www.gog.com/wishlist/games/risk_ii) and usually kept both installed. I love the alternate maps, Especially French-Indian Wars North America and Mongolian Wars Asia. HCDL would be Simultaneous Mode of Risk II on the alternate maps from this version.

Roshiyu Loved playing this way back when. I still have the CD, but it never seems to work when installing it. Compatibility mode and VM's don't seem to work, so GOGs is my last hope to play this! D:

Unethrope I would love to be able to surprise my father with this game, restored and ready to play on a modern computer. He still plays this with the original CD-ROM on his old Gateway computer running Windows 98. If this game were on here, it would be the perfect Christmas present!
