I would definitely buy it if available. although with Microsoft/Activision-Blizzard deal, I believe that Microsoft will now own rights for this gem and I´m not very optimistic regarding the possibility of MS allowing sales on GOG, unfortunately.

Syd06 My first 2 FMV was this and Urban Runner. Sadly the latter was in french so easy for me but not that good. Rama, just to complicated for a young me with limited english. I would love to retry that game .

tensity1 Yep, I had the big box version, and I finished it. Very fun game. I had recently read the available books in the Rama series before the game came out--it was cool to see a game adaptation, and it was pretty faithful to the books. You even got FMV of Arthur C. Clarke giving tips when you died. All I would say is to fix the sound glitch where the audio would go to loud static--scary as crap when you're not expecting it and you have the sound up. Don't remember the card I had back then, but it was probably some version of Creative Labs' Sound Blaster series.

Piggytato I have the big box windows and dos version of this game, but it's incompatible with modern hardware, and even with DosBox it's nearly unplayable. I'd love to be able to play RAMA in all its glory again and tease my brain with its mathematical puzzles. If it's ever released on GOG, I will buy it INSTANTLY!

Stealthbat RAMA is a fantastic game, based on a fantastic book, written by a SUPER fantastic author. There are only a few "point and click" games that have stolen my heart in my life time. Those being Myst, Lighthouse, and MOST definitely, RAMA. RAMA is a very special "point and click" adventure since it's based off of a book by a VERY famous author "Arthur C. Clarke. The in-game story is also a very plausible scenario that actually could happen in our distant future. In all the years that I've played this game over and over, I can't say that I've ever found anything that existed in the game that was too exaggerated or too "out there" to exist in our distant future. All I can say is this game is WAY too awesome to not be included among the many great games that are already offered by GOG.com. That! And I would DEEPLY love to be able to play this game on Windows 10! And I'll bet others would as well. GOG, If you release this game, Just know that for me, this game is an instant purchase. Too the point that the second you release it, I would purchase it BLINDLY! I love this game that much. Please GOG, I'm begging you, release this game so it can be preserved and enjoyed by gaming veterans and newcomers of all generations. Please make this happen.

I played it on my grandfather's computer a number of years ago, and it was fascinating. I still remember the line about 41, 43, 47, 53, ...
