JONxJITSU MGS 2 was delisted from GOG's catalog per to publisher's request on November 15th, 2021. It wont be coming back since the publisher is pushing the sale of the MGS Master Collection

Pax-Christi I'm guessing Konami basically put this game on GOG as a fluke, and didn't bother to rectify that one copyright issue they had regarding the real-life war footage they used. So it was quietly swept under the rug, never to return again.
