Gorgunsun Even up to MechWarrior 4 this is considered abandonware and Mektek has an awesome version of MechWarrior 4: Mercenaries out there for grab but it is kind of a pain to put together for the casual PC Gamer. These games are phenomenal mech simulators and are guaranteed to sell on GOG. MechWarrior 2 can be kind of a pain but there is a VM available for it.
FireAcolyte With that new initiative, GOG, you really DO need to add these games. I don't know if you read these comments, but not only are these games loved, they were important milestones in gaming in both a tech viewpoint, and a gaming one. This is the 2nd most wishlisted series on your site by 10k, I hope whatever hurdles there are to overcome, that they ARE overcame to put these games back on PC where they belong

Rawr87 What is preventing them. We are literally leading after D2(which became obsolete after D2R came out). Come on GoG, bring back Mech Commander!! Mech Warrior 5 is right around the corner, interest is going to go up!!
rejzor I want Mechwarrior 2 Pentium Edition specifically because it was the only that was Windows native and ran at 640x480, 2x resolution of the DOS version. I still want to play it in software mode and none of that 3dfx Glide, because the gritty pixelated visuals give it a more gritty dark visuals.
Thorqemada With the release of MW5:Clans should occure a significant increase of awareness of the Mechwarrior/Battletech Computer games and the die hard fanbase alone is probably making a rerelease of the old games a worthwhile venture.
I had all games on CD when they sold them in several bundles but i lost many when i moved and others became unreadable - i would rebuy them in a heartbeat!
The.Gent PLEASE BRING BACK MECH COMMANDER/MECH COMMANDER GOLD!!! I have all the original dicks and i still cant even install it anymore. CDROM + ORIGINAL CDS = CANT INSTALL ANYMORE...same goes for Rainbow Six.

renato_passos MW2 3Dfx Edition was my very first PC game and I still have very fond memories of it: the presentation, great backstory, gameplay, graphics and that incredible soundtrack. Please, GOG, just bring it back! Other than that, I totally agree with what @ArthurKing1220 said!
ArthurKing1220 It boggles my mind that after all these years they still haven't figured how to get these extremely highly demanded titles on GOG. All those great games sitting locked away because no one can figure this out. There's a whole generation of gamers who are being deprived of this essential element of gaming history.

Firerush yes, please put these on Gog, I want to replay or play them for the first time. I know it's a IP mess because of how many studios had their hands in this but just do it, you'll make back your money so far it won't even feel like you paid anything

eviliothemad I miss Mechwarrior 2, 3 and 4 inclusive the mercenaries parts and DLC`s dearly. i never had a chance to get the pirates moon DLC for MW3 over here. also missing the Mechcommander games.
I would definitley pay for a gameographie bundle of this series if somebody get them to run on Win 10 or 11.
