ninjagaijin I also own this physical CD, unfortunately it uses Safedisc 2.51. I always had some noises in the CD audio also from first purchase, I think pressing/replication error as my copy is unscratched. Exact Audio Copy extracts with the audio glitches too.
Anyway I can get this to work in Windows 10 but I have to use a no-cd exe in order to stop the safedisc requirement (which makes it impossible to run on Windows 10 with that requirement). There was also a patch but I believe it was just a fix so that the game could run on a secondary ODD/drive letter E: etc.
Love this game and think it should be on GOG if could get licensed.

stevet85 I remember this fondly. It could be that it was a load of old crap in reality, but I guarantee it will attract some sales!! Also, there's no confusion with regards to finding the developer and publisher: they're one and the same.

Strijkbout In opposite to all the controversy this game caused I see it more as masked social critism on vandalism and a parody on RTS games at the same time.
