Looks like the Steam release was a scam by people who have nothing to do with the original devs and it was delisted from the store. So, I hope that the GOG community wishlist thing will work out someday.

Looks like the studio that created the Goldenland series (Burut CT) were transformed into an animation studio named Wizart Animation. So, if GOG will decide to negotiate the release of this game in their store, it shouldn't be as difficult as it seemed before.

I really wish all this series on GOG or at least Cold Heaven standalone - this is a instsnt buy for me (unforgettable memories from my childhood)
