mkell_226 I never cared about how the guy in the debriefing praised me for my performance on the mission: If Gut yelled at me for getting his Herc all shot up, I felt like a failure.
joecheeze I must have played this game countless of hours on my 486 dx at 640x480 resolution. if I had to choose my 2 most favorite games on the pc for back then it would be this, strike commander, and battle zone. i still have the disks somewhere but think that they are corrupted or don't work anymore. star siege was horrible in my opinion, tried to be too much like tribes or was put out just to promote tribes. Same goes for the final edition of the battlezone games, just seemed they tried to hard and couldnt focus on one thing that made the old ones great, a simple sim with a solid focused storyline.
nezkrul Before I had Mechwarrior 2, this was my favorite mech game. I wish GOG would get, Earthsiege 1 + 2 and Starsiege all in a game pack together, loved the series
Kuroko Damn, why GOG.com didn't have The Earthsiege now that I really really really wanted to play it? I don't even have original install media anymore. I had to be satisfied with Starsiege. This game and it's direct follow ups are the best classic mech games in the existance.

##@@##@@ This was one of my first computer games and I would like to see a GOG.com release of this game and the second one. Though not many people are voting for it, back in the day it was one of the best mech games of all time.
