It was one of around four well-made adventures made by the developer Stormfront Studios in the 1990's. They're so obscure next to even the other lesser known adventures of the 1990's heydays. These titles were the two Eagle Eye Mysteries titles, Byzantine: The Betrayal, and Star Trek: DS9 - Harbinger. The licensing for them deserve to be hunted down and these games ought to be re-released on GOG. Or maybe, the ScummVM community will crack these titles for that software, so it can be sold here.

Agreed. Found abandonware versions of both around the web, but none of them have full voice.
