Boiling Point: Road To Hell completed
Don't worry awesome game added.
www.gog.com/en/game/boiling_point_road_to_hell
Please add this awesome game
Actually it is considered abandonware www.myabandonware.com/game/boiling-point-road-to-hell-f5a
I remember playing it non-stop for a few years! I loved that game!
Boiling Point is the first open-world shooter ever. Only for this, it should be made available again. It came with a few bugs but it was predictable as its ambition was so high. Secondly, it was made by an Ukrainian team. Only for this, this game should be made available again. It's the blatant proof that there's an Ukrainian genius and identity. USA support Ukraine. GOG should support Ukrainian game creation.
This game is in serious need of a re-release.
What it may lack in polish (in some places), it more than makes up for the huge amount of freedom you have to pull pretty much everything you'd want to achieve your goal.
It's an immersive sim done right.
The games from developer Deep Shadows ready need some love.
Please make it happen. ;)
Come On
Atari or Deep Shadows
I would absolutely love it if this game was available legally. I know there are abandonware websites out there, but that's a hassle to deal with. If SWAT 4 can see a digital release and be freed from digital unavailability hell, why not Boiling Point?
pleeeease, add this game.
loved this game. its open world and freedom was gorgeous. pls, GOG, save the day again
oldpcgaming.net/boiling-point-road-to-hell/ It takes a 3 Hours to download but this is the Original Version with the patch included.
This game is impossible to find these days. I would love to see both this and Xenus 2 on GOG. I'd really love to play them again, especially Boiling Point.
Holy Shit its been 8 Years... i doubt they will put it in...
Oh man Boiling Point Road to Hell Holy shit the last time i played that game is 2008 and then i never saw it again its a Great Game i would buy it! :,)
I'm down. Bring the boiling.
This game i rare and not available digitally.
Gog should sell it along with its patches and other
Maybe even bundle in content mods and other
Would love to be able to buy this game as well.
This game was before it's time. It was great but ultimately too ambitious for what machines were capable of at the time. I feel like it did a better job in many ways compared to what Far Cry and such have been able to achieve since
bump.
Please release this game.
This needs to happen, I fully believe the market is there and I will buy a copy for myself and my friends if this gets released.
Hopefully GOG can get the sequels currently on Steam as well
I want this game too, been looking for it to buy for a LONG time, it's a classic I played in my infancy (pirated) but would like to own for real
Add it and I will buy it - as well as the sequels.
Atari what are you waiting for? Release the game here and many people would buy it even me.
this game is awesome... No, its awesomely funny.
I would truly love for gog to have this title, this game gave me many hours of great fun, despite the bugs
Ich würd's kaufen!
+1
pls is great game
lets go gog
Also known as 'Xenus: Точка кипения' and 'Xenus: Boiling Point'.

Was just reminiscing the fun I had with this. What other game allows you to (sometimes) get rid of choppers on your tail by threatening them using a bullhorn?
Vague recollection of the conversation:
Chopper is in sky near player.
PC (using bullhown): "Hey, let's shoot down that helicopter!"
Chopper pilot: "Hey, that guy's got an AA missile! Let's get out of here!"
Chopper flys away from PC.
It works 50% of the time or so, and it's so stupid it's funny - which sums up most of the game's mechanics. Like how being an alcoholic can screw a stealth run because the PC decides to loudly announce he wants to go to the pub while he's crawling through the underbrush near a guard.
Games like this need to be preserved.
oh how i would love to play this game again! far cry meets deus ex? yes!
This, maybe with some optimization and bug fixes.
awesome Ukrainian PC game of 2005.
I remember this game used to be so semanding from your PC, at the time there was no PC that could play it in max settings, I would like to see how modern hardware can handle this game. Include all the patches into the game please, I rememeber people talking how the game didn't run smoothly even on smallest resolution possible.
Com`on GOG
First game i ever had so much fun invading a mafia base in jungle!!!
Looks like I'm the only one who was hyped about this game before its initial release.
Need with french version
I am world-renowned actor, director, stunt-coordinator and extreme barber Arnold Vosloo, please bring my game to GOG.com so that the masses may once again pretend to be me in the jungles of South America.
More strange post-Eastern Block games please!
Please bring this game on GOG!
Agree with everyone here - I've got a massive rant about this game and its sequel on the sequel page (also wanted here - Xenus 2), so I won't repeat that.
I will reiterate that this is basically Far Cry 2, but set in Central America (not visited enough by games IMO). Now scale back the graphics a few notches, but then add story, sidequests, vehicles, RPG elements, proper conversations with choices, CHOICES of missions to do and how to do them, CHOICES of alliances to forge with factions (which you can - mostly change)....
Basically, I got FC2 and wanted to like it because of this game - and I was DISAPPOINTED! With FC2!
OK I said I wasn't going to repeat myself. This should be on here. I already have it and love it, but others should enjoy it, as despite its massive buggy flaws (most of which can be fixed with the latest patch), it is one of the BEST GAMES THAT NO ONE HAS EVER PLAYED (or heard of).
This game was amazing and really took Far Cry to the next level. This game is one of the few shooter/rpg games around involving skills, factions, drug addiction, the need for sleep among other rpg factors. Had multiple guns that could be upgraded and each weapon had at least 2 kinds of ammo. dum dum vs armor piercing, etc.
While this game was great, had an awesome sandbox feel...it was never truly finished and not playable at all from the box. Patched to 1.6 or 1.7 and this game was a good game. GOG needs to release this without the DRM, obviously, and fully patched.
BTW... Far Cry 2 is jusst like a blatant and story wise even sub par version of this game. Constantly driving around, random ultradeadly encounters, weapons degrade like in no time, no animals whatsoever (yeah those zebras and Antilopes don't count because they are not even really part of the game world jsut fuckin window colour), hilariously overrated Game (Far Cry 2) vs. Boiling Point (lackluster repetitive buggy as hell).
Hey at least in Boiling point I could jack a helicopter and run amok with it everyhwere I wanted. Far Cry 2 is a disgrace and sadly nobody realised this. FC3 on the other hand.
I remember wasting like a good full week on this game before I had enough of the driving around, shooting random factions and constantly getting pwnd by erratic moving tigers and snakes... It gets very repetitive way too soon into the game.
The recent Far Cry 3 also had a lot of Boiling Point feeling to it. A GOG release would be greatly appreciated.

Yes it's buggy and a bit wonky. It still however is still an interesting experience that is worth playing. Would be great to see up on gog.
