I'm playing this game at this moment and have to say this is an underappriciated gem if there has ever been one. It has a lot of similarities with Metro and Dead Space, the protagonist is a likable antihero which I wouldn't have thought I would ever say that about a psychiatrist. Sadly the game isn't available anymore because of unpaid licence fees for the Unreal engine. It would be nice if the rightholder, whoever that may be, comes clean and makes this game available, so the hard work that a lot of people put into it can be enjoyed again.

The devs didn't pay for use of the Unreal Engine, so Epic Games took them to court. The devs filled for bankruptcy and made their only two games, both on Steam, unavailable for purchase. Anyone smart enough wouldn't vote for this game to be on GOG.
