I already reported this to GOG using the "Options" menu, but that option seems to do nothing.
Thokali Why is it so hard to add this feature to Galaxy? The old GOG Downloader had it for years.... it would make life SO much easier. Also, GOG, it WOULD SAVE YOU LOTS OF BANDWIDTH! As well as your users, who probably download lots of stuff they already have, just because Galaxy is too stupid to recognize it.
adhd_nl The old GOG.com Downloader already checked whether a file already existed in the folder it wanted to download content to, compared checksums and avoided downloading something when it was already in your download folder. I haven't seen Galaxy doing this yet, sadly.
urbanhusky This is getting slightly more annoying - especially since everything in my library is now marked as "new" and I don't know if there were any updates for anything. That worked better with the GOG Downloader... Pleeeeaase implement this :)
EdhelDil It is especially annoying that when you click something already downloaded, it downloads it again, not seing it is already there...
DarkJaguar Yes, land of 10,000 yes. Specifically, I would love to see some indication of which DLC I've currently got installed. This has become a bit of an issue with Witcher 3, in that it's kinda hard to figure out exactly what DLC I've already got and what's new.

Proxopid I really want this. Currently I tag games that I have downloaded (including extras). It would be fantastic to get an extra info in the Library which games have been downloaded.
Can be shown with a small variety of infos (maybe color-coded), like:
indicator 1:
- game downloaded
indicator 2:
- no/some updates downloaded --> "updates available"
- all updates downloaded
indicator 3:
- some extras downloaded
- all extras downloaded

Bonus: A click on an indicator takes you directly to the "Get Backup & Extras" page.
Also: On the "Get Backup & Extras" page, please show/highlight downloaded items.

Equisilus Absolutely this. Nothing like having a massive game library and not knowing what you've downloaded. A counter of downloads would be even better.
