The_Skullwalker Hello. I write to you from Russia. When registering I made a mistake in the username, and would like to replace it with another. Please help. Where to write what might help ? It would be cool if the guys from GOG made so that the username can be changed.
Retodon8 People were still voting on this just a couple of weeks ago. This should be marked as solved. You can actually do this from this very site, no need to use Galaxy: 1️ At the menu at the top, click your avatar/name. 2️ From the pull-down menu, choose "Orders & settings". 3️ In the menu on the left, click "ACCOUNT AND LOCALE". 4️ To the right of "USERNAME" and your name, click "CHANGE".

I found a round about way to change your GOG.com username.
You can do this every 30 days.
I have no idea why this works but it does and is very specific.
Step 1: Goto www.gog.com, sign in with the account you wish to change the username of.
Step 2: If you have GOG Galaxy open it, else download GOG galaxy firstly.
Step 3: Sign into GOG galaxy with the same account you signed in at step 1 (very important)
Step 4: In GOG Galaxy navigate; account management > login and security > change password
Step 5: Goto associated email, click reset password in email
Step 6: On the newly created tab; define new password > continue
NOTE, If you don't want to define a new password just retype your old password, it still works.
Step 7: Press continue
Step 8: A new login screen should appear, sign in with your new password.
Step 9: Enter security code
Step 10: Finally!!
You will see a new panel with the options; change username, change email, change password.
Click on change username to change your username.
Nioh01 if it was possible, I would send the prints to you from where it is located step by step, however, I believe it is not possible.
Nioh01 Hello, sorry for my horrible English, I just came by to say that, you do have the possibility to change the username, you just have to go to, orders and settings then account and location, and finally, change username, no need to ask for support. hugs !
snakehead007 Changing user name is already possible if you contact the support. (Ive already did it too), but it would be nice and easier if there is a place to autmaticly change username. Or do it like Steam does: change only the appearance of your username (whitin certain guidelines ofc.) and let your "native" or first username be an ID, if you wanna change that, you could ask support. just an idea.
