Superb puzzle-managerial mix, great fun!
Small note about precedessor: Train Valley 1 is a game, where you have stations, you connect them by tracks and manage trains going from station A to B. Over time more trains come, more stations appear, time and money work against you. Fun and challenging, although graphics and sound are merely a medium here, concept is the key. Train Valley 2 expands this idea, not only improving concept from TV1, but transforming it into a brand new gameplay experience. In TV2 you guide trains between stations and transport workforce, ores, wood etc. With these resources in factories you produce steel, gold bars, furniture, glass and many other goods which should be delivered to cities or other factories to make more complex goods. Each delivered cargo gives you money for building more advanced tracks, tunnels, bridges. TV2 puts time aspect and random events aside and focuses on track arrangement and cargo efficiency. You can upgrade your trains to deliver more cargo and route faster, but it's only one of many ways of achieving given goals. Gameplay is very strategic and fairly complex, each one of 50 levels is very distinctive and can be played multiple times in order to fulfill multiple objectives. Polygonal graphics is beautiful, soundtrack adds very pleasing vibes and UI is very intuitive and simple. All in all TV2 is not only an expanded and polished concept, it's a brand new gameplay experience that brings lot of satisfaction and fun for every gamer out there. A must-play if you're a train enthusiast, puzzle and logic games fan or even a tycoon/managerial games player!
