Crash on loading or starting a game

The game crash when loading or starting a game. From the forums, someone had the same problem since mid 2024, and the discord of the game is dead since the same date, more or less.

cannot install

The install button says incompatible. I uninstalled the non-ringmaster edition and still cannot install because incompatible.
