It's been six months since the super secret secret service agency - RGB - started investigating the mystery of the gold missing from the main European bank, to no avail. They are so desperate that they went to a fortune teller for advice and she told them to make you into an agent.

You are Mark Hopper, the average teenager, who becomes an RGB agent and the agency's salvation. Your rewards will be girls, because every girl loves the secret agent, don't they?

Pretty darn good!

I wasn't expecting anything much from a free game, especially not one that doesn't have English voice acting. So, Teenagent is somewhat of a surprise. The game's very difficult, and at times the puzzles are nonsensical, as some users here have stated. I had to check out the walkthrough a few times to understand how to proceed - and this is coming from an adventure fan Nevertheless, the game's storyline is hilarious, and although it can't be taken seriously, it's still very fun and enjoyable. The puns and dialogs are also worth playing the game for, and if you have the patience, you will definitely be rewarded from some very well-written lines. There are typos here and there, but for the most part, the dialog is very good Note that I do not take the price into consideration. Considering it's free, I'd give it 5 stars, but because I rate this game based on its merits and not price, it gets a 4-star rating from me. Very difficult, sometimes frustrating, but that's what walkthroughs are for. Ignore the flaws of the game, and you'll have a fun time

Lacks any logic

I can look pass the graphics, sound and annoying sound track for this game because of it's age, but it's the puzzles that ruin this game. There is very little logic to any of the puzzles and several puzzles require you to do the same thing several times before it "works". Why anybody would be expected to keep repeating something that didn't work the first time is beyond me. Other gems of logic (warning spoilers ahead): needle + pine cone + feather - obviously makes a dart! And what do you do with a dart? Of course you throw it at a bees nest! And how do you get the pine cone? By swapping a plastic apple for it with a hedgehog (an insectivore). These puzzles simply make no sense!

A breeze of my youth

First of all, I opened the GOG page on April 1 (you all know what day it is) and what I saw is TEENAGENT - then I realized it is not a joke. "OH MY GOD! Finally my dreams come true! The full Teenagent! Here on GOG!" But then I got dissapointed. Firstly, the game is in English. I know, GOG is an English-language page. But what I loved was the game in my home language, Polish. This was one of the first major games in Poland and already a huge hit! Years before now, I must add. Secondly, the game has only 8 MB. "WTF" - I thought. The CD version was MUCH bigger. Then it hit me - it is not the CD version. I wonder if there is a possibility to put either full CD (speech and everything) with both the game AND the full OST (Teenagent song is till now one of my favourites)? That's why I thought to give it only 3 stars - minus one for English version, second minus one for NOT putting a full CD version. But I guess it is for free - so one star more for a score 4/5.

Funny game

It's an old game, graphics are cheap, sound too, but it's very funny, especially the dialogues, absolutely hilarious. There are some tips to progress into the game. For example, mouse buttons have differente reactions when they're clicked. Left one usually shows what teenagente is thinking; right one usually is used to speak with others and to make actions. To access the inventory, just move mouse pointer to the top of screen - in the first playable screen, for example, this is necessary to take the paper that guard asks to you. This game is a good title. Recommended!

There's way better than that.

First, I don't like the graphic style at all, but that's just a question of taste. The worst thing about this game is how illlogical the puzzles are. Nothing that you have to do to progress makes sense. You really can't just just play the game and ask yourself "Ok, I've got this and that, what should I do to progress ?". No, you have to try everything on everything, and when you find yourself doing this, that means you're playing a bad game. Good old classics like Day of the tentacle or Sam & Max Hit the Road felt more natural in their progression, the characters would give you hints about what you'd have to do and your actions would have to serve a purpose, but here you can either try combinations for hours on end or resort to a walkthrough, which I did, as I didn't feel like losing time. What's more, and even with the help of the walkthrough, I stumbled in a dead end, I apparently couldn't go any further in the game. The only good thing about the game is it's humour, which really feels like the aforementioned classics, but I just wish the gameplay were as good, because as it stands, I stopped enjoying playing it after the first five minutes in.
