Fun puzzle game with issues
If you like puzzle games and like what you see then you *should* like this. There are issues however, and its understandable that certain people will just walk away, despite puzzles being the main reason to a puzzle game lol. The puzzles are quite varied through the whole thing which is nice. I didn't get bored but kept moving forward at a good pace. Several puzzles or so are more diffiult. Most puzzles have something to go on and that's something you might not actually notice or understand but its there. Yet, unfortunately, there is one that actually doesn't have anything to go on and its an annoying one. Its one that will make or break you. Depends how much you like it. You will either stop the game there or keep at it and continue to finish the game. I feel at the first puzzles, that quite a few people won't notice what to do, and will stop right there funny enough despite it being hilariously very simple lol. It really is funny. So one issue is that one puzzle. Another issue as one other review stated, the characters are presented in a way that is so stupid you will be like ??? through the entire game. I don't know what they were thinking. Its not horrid like can't play the game over it but its like ???. I was surprised from left field by some of the dialog as well past the demo. Not in a good way. The story itself is also the same of ???. Don't play it for that lol. Play it for the puzzles. The demo is still available on Steam so try it first to see how you like it: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1636350/Nemezis_Mysterious_Journey_III_Prologue/

I loved the game ...
I loved the game and its amazing worlds that very much remind me of the 'MYST' game. Beautiful graphics, challenging (but not too difficult) puzzles, and interesting story. Very atmospheric too, thanks to its excellent ambient sound effects and beautiful music, which together with the stunning graphics, create a very attractive alien environment. The other positive is the ability to make as many saves as you want, and use them later on to visit the worlds again to either just enjoy them, or to grab some collectibles that you missed earlier. You can also use your saves to play 2 different endings, if you save the game at the right place. So I suggest that you save your game often, e.g. after finishing each puzzle. The only negative is some puzzles' interface, which makes them more difficult to solve than they actually need to be, e.g. magnetic balls puzzle in the Cave world, and creating paths in the Floating Islands world. I am looking forward to the Mysterious Journey 4. I hope we won't wait too long for it.

Avoid
I thought this would be interesting, a nice looking puzzle game with characters that inhabit the puzzle-filled worlds you are exploring. However, the characters all talk like they have severe cases of dementia. The dialogue is awful, the voice acting is horrible, and the story is drivel. The worlds are lovely to look at, but the puzzles are not great, and the early puzzles which should be showing players what Nemezis has to offer are all terrible light and number puzzles.
