Gorogoa

Having just completed the game I felt strongly compelled to review it. This is an artistically beautiful, deep, and enriching puzzle game which draws you into its world and story through incredibly beautiful art, rich puzzle gameplay, and a meditative and minimal musical score. Repeated playthroughs will allow one to more deeply engage with the magical artwork, the touching story, the significant symbolism, and fantastic puzzle mechanics. Truly a unique game, and one of the most memorable I have played. I felt like a little kid opening up one of those mind-bending puzzle books as a kid and just being drawn into each panel. Highly recommended!

It's a short puzzle game, took me about 90 min to complete, but it was so inventive and full of clever ideas that every minute felt meaningful and memorable. I'd say the only drawback is the price which might be too much for this short length, but I'd still recommend it for people who like original and satisfying puzzle games.

I love this game. The art, animation, story etc are beautifully expressed. It isn't a difficult game, but the experience itself is the point of it all, and it was genuinely emotionally evokative in ways that (in my opinion) bettered those of many movies. Easily worth twice the price.

This game is beautiful and well crafted. It might not be a game for everyone, but I think we can all agree that the quality is definitely there. I'm glad that it's on GOG.
