At the same time, you have a lot of drawbacks: slow addition of games (both newly released and old-school) to the store; lack of features in the games that are in the store (Achievements, Multiplayer, Cloud Saves, etc.); VERY slow reaction of support that sometimes cannot help to solve a problem. I like the concept of DRM-free content that you are trying to offer but it cannot cover all the shortcomings of your store.
