No really, I'm serious! See, I've been remodeling this cold and moldy castle, right? So how was I to know that I'd wake up Queen Emelda - especially since the old bat croaked hundreds of years ago!

Anyway, Queenie-baby wants to come back from the dead and rule the world - and the only way I can stop her monstrous minions is to find a secret scroll of spells, hidden in a big chest somewhere in this huge castle.

An evil force has penetrated our universe, possessing Black Widow Productions in Hollywood. The studio owner, Elvira herself, has vanished. And now three cavernous movie sets - a graveyard, haunted house, and catacombs - are erupting with the most hideous monsters of gothic horror. 

Your quest? Find and rescue Elvira from these three craven worlds then fight a final cataclysmic battle with a nether-world entity of awesome dimension and fury.

  • Added a Game Configurator with an option to switch between Sound Blaster and Roland sound cards.
  • Added a new menu that lets you switch between VGA and EGA graphic modes or access the in-game setup.
  • Removed the unnecessary tmp.txt entry from single.conf, which was preventing the configurator from properly changing sound cards.
  • Stability validated.
  • Fully compatible with Windows 10 and 11.

DOS Version

They're the gross dos versions. Bad sound track. Bad sound effects. I do not understand why we can't just license the Amiga versions and pack in a pre-configured version of UAE or something, instead of crusty dos games. These are the worst ways to play these games.

Elvira bestie of darkenss

Love the bundle, first game is way better than second and it's really tough but also great - remember guys to use recipies to craft spells :) Really great one had so much fun with it

A classic that deserves attention

Grew up with the Dos version and love it. There is a certain feel to the music that differs from the Amiga version that works better for the dark atmosphere in my opinion. Beyond that, this is probably one of the best series of horror games from that era with amazing artwork. Definitely worth a try.

Excellent classic games of my childhood!

Elvira games are part of my childhood "lore". The music, gameplay and ambient are very spooky, and the mechanics are great. I like the 1st game much more than the 2nd one, as this becomes a bit too messy and difficult. 100% recommended.
