Becoming a virtual landlord will now bring you even more fun. Here are just a few new features that The Tenancy Update brings to the game:

• Elite Contracts and dozens of new furniture items

• A new archetype – Artist

• A new system of tenant traits, likes, and dislikes

• A new system Services & Sabotages

• The possibility of giving gifts to tenants
