Let's get to it then. Overall this game is good. I bought it for $4-5 on sale and I'm more than satisfied. Could I say it's worth full price? Depends. For me, no. If money isn't much a concern for you, then yes. The real drawback here is that... there really isn't much to this game. The map is small: so small in fact you'll find yourself revisiting the same houses 4-5 times in some places if you grind a bit, and you'll wonder why they used a GTA style map with the other islands blocked off rather than leaving things open for early exploration. The weapons are pretty standard stuff, and you'll know what most of them are in the first hour or two of gameplay. Some are locked, similar to the map, but even those can rarely be found in houses on the first island. Cars are similar. Not a whole lot to choose from. There's a few kept hidden/inaccessible when you start, but don't expect too much. The game is a GTA clone, and on that note I'd say it's pretty faithful. It is fun; there's plenty of action to be had if you want it. Combat is enjoyable without being too tough. A lot of objects are destructible so feel free to crash through walls and fences with reckless abandon. Police can be evaded without much trouble, while the chase itself tends to be enjoyable. The missions are more or less like GTA 1-2. They're short, and numerous. Some are certainly more memorable than others, but don't expect much in the way of story. Dialogues are limited, and play out like something you expect from a mobile game. Burglaries are possible, but play out like a minigame rather than feeling fully integrated in the game's broader style. The good: - Graphics are crisp and look good for something like this. - Action. Shooting, driving, robbing, it's all there. The mids: - Sound design is hit/miss. Lower the music volume - it's too loud by default, and not all that. - Unlockable abilities give some flavor to your character/playstyle. The bad: - Only 1 playable character. - Small map.

A game with somewhat interesting story, good gameplay and nice graphics. It is about the GTA1 and GTA2 feeling that bring me to this game. And had a somewhat fun managing the police escapes :)

Based on the The inaugural version of the franchise was originally released for Windows based PCs and MS DOS in October 1997,featuring a top-down bird's eye view camera. They did enough to not make it feel like GTA, but everyone who's played GTA will know this games inspired by it, it's a good game, good graphics and definitely is fun and brings back memories of the day, if your a fan of GTA then this one will something you need to grab

GTA-ish but... I got frustrated... Maybe it's just me but I don't see why there are so much positive reviews about this game. I see the potential of this game, but it failed to deliver. The game looks great at first, but shamefully shows all wrong game-design decisions and bugs. (so many bugs!) Negatives: - Cars drive like moon-rovers on ice. - AI is horrible (or does weird stuff) - Objects are clipping, floating or acting weird - If you die, missions are reset (progress loss) or magicly finished (with no rewards) - Equiped weapons are not equiped anymore when leaving buildings (causes mission failures) - HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE camera, following only when driving - Camera is just to close (a zoom function is missing). GTA zooms out when driving faster, this game does not! - Abandoned by devs? (Developers "noted" the request for manual camera control but never got it implemented or fixed a "following" camera when not driving). - Missions are boring and grind chores - Not much to do? The map is small - Music is meh - All above ruined the game for me Positives: - You can enter buildings (breaking in) and loot the place (cool concept!) - How you can wrack almost all objects on the map - It has the (classic) GTA vibe - There game could be GREAT if all bugs are fixed, DLC with different countries, new missions, cars etc. would be a nice addition - The game is in a HUGE discount, thus I recommend it TL;DR: This game needs LOTS of TLC from the developers as at this moment the game is one bug infested wrack. You'll get a few hours of fun out of it at its current state. And if you don't mind to follow the (boring) missions and don't mind a few (gamebreaking) bugs, at this discount price this game is a steal ;-) Without a discount, the game is not worth picking up
