I have essentially beaten Zork 1 since I got the 20th treasure and tried entering the final zone. The problem is whenever I type enter, enter SPOILER, or go in SPOILER, the window closes. Sometimes I see text for a split second before it closes but that's it. Is that how it's suppose to end? If not, please help since I won't feel I have won the game until I see that final screen.

Sorry. Zork 1. I thought the 20 treasures thing would give it away.

and they are all in the trophy case, you'll have to get any the thief took from him too (just making sure )

zork zero also has you collecting a number of items/treasures i forgot how many exactly XD



from what i remember from the old days zork I just gave a win message,
the dosbox or whatever is used to play the game may auto close when the
application ends hence the window closing while its still running
you may be able to change the settings so it wont auto close the window on program exit
i remember doing that before with dosboxed games
